Sing bukan merupakan tempat karaoke saja, melainkan ini adalah sebuah cafe yang menyediakan fasilitas karaoke. Terletak di lantai tiga FX Lifestyle X'center di bilangan Sudirman, Jakarta. Cozy place ini menawarkan konsep open stage karaoke. Tak hanya sekadar duduk-duduk santai di sofa, pengunjung bisa juga bersenang-senang sambil bernyanyi bersama para tamu lainnya. Sing menyediakan sekitar sekitar 13.000 judul lagu. Pada hari-hari khusus sing juga menyediakan karaoke dengan iringan full band.

Sands International Executive Club
Jakarta - Kuah sup cingkong kepiting yang gurih berpadu serasi dengan konyaku yang kenyal ini menjadi hidangan pembuka yang pas. Belum lagi scallop nan lembut dengan sentuhan asam-asam segar salad khas Thai, membuat santap malam di resto berkonsep Dining Theater dengan ratusan menu ini makin istimewa.
Sudah lama sebenarnya saya mengincar untuk bersantap di restoran SANDS yang berada di Mangga Dua Square lantai 5 ini. Namun, tampaknya harapan tersebut baru dapat terwujud di suatu sore beberapa saat yang lalu. Selain penasaran dengan tempatnya yang super besar dan juga memiliki fasilitas super lengkap ini, saya pun penasaran dengan menu Chinese yang konon berjumlah ratusan jenis banyaknya.
Sore itu lalu lintas menuju mangga dua lebih padat dari biasanya. Namun hal tersebut tidak menyurutkan laju kendaraan saya untuk menembus kemacetan. Kurang lebih jam 6 sore kendaraan kami sudah memasuki parkiran Mal Mangga Dua Square. Kami pun langsung mencari lift meluncur menuju lantai 5.
Saat melangkahkan kaki memasuki restoran kami semua terkejut. Yang terpapar di hadapan bukanlah restoran seperti pada umumnya, melainkan sebuah ruangan perpaduan Ballroom dan Dining Theater. Jejeran meja-meja bundar dengan kursi sekitar 8-10 orang tertata rapi dengan taplak putih khas restoran oriental. Rupanya inilah kekhasan Sands Restaurant yang berarmosfir klasik oriental dengan nuansa mewah.
Kuliner China memang banyak sekali ragam dan jenisnya begitu pula hidangan yang ditawarkan oleh SANDS. Di buku menu sendiri memperlihatkan aneka hidangan Chinese khas Cantonese dan Szechuan. Mulai dari Pecking Duck, BBQ, Fillet Ikan Kakap, Angsio, aneka bubur, Burung dara goreng, aneka sup, dll. Yang kesemuanya diracik langsung oleh para tim chef asal negeri tirai bambu. Bahkan jika tidak sedang ingin menyantap hidangan Chinese, pengunjung bisa memilih hidangan ala Thai seperti Tom Yam Seafood, Nasi Goreng Nanas atau hidangan Vietnam berupa aneka spring roll yang juga tersedia.
Akhirnya Scallop with Lemon Grass ala Thai, Kantung Emas Bungkus Abalone, dan Sup Cingkong Kepiting dengan Konyaku menjadi pilihan kami disajikan diatas meja. Pertama-tama Sup Cingkong Kepiting tiba sebagai hidangan pembuka. Sup ini disajikan dalam mangkuk mungil dengan kuah berwarna bening kecokelatan plus taburan wijen. Didalamnya tersembul konyaku dan sepotong cingkong yang cukup besar, hmm... wangi dan tampilannya sungguh menggoda!
Hirupan pertama membuat saya langsung jatuh cinta pada sup ini. Rasanya gurih, ringan sangat pas dilidah. Apalagi ditambah dengan konyaku yang kenyal makin enak disantap bersama daging cingkong yang tebal dan segar.
Puas menikmati sup, kami beralih ke Scallop with Lemon Grass. Hidangan ini dihidangan dalam piring segi empat putih dengan irisan scallop yang ditusukkan pada sebatang sereh. Dibawahnya ada salad khas Thai yang terdiri dari irisan mangga, wortel, dan bawang merah dengan garnish berupa timun, strawberry, dan cherry yang makin mempercantik tampilannya.
Rasa gurih kenyal dan lembut daging scallop sangat segar sangat cocok dipadu dengan salad mangga yang asam-asam manis. Tak ada jejak amis membuktikan scallop ini sangat segar dan diolah dengan benar. Semburat rasa saus yang asam-asam manis membuatnya makin terasa enak di lidah.
Kantung Emas Bungkus Abalone sendiri tampil nyaris seperti kantong. Bungkusnya berwarna kekuningan tipis dengan tempelan emas, sehingga mirip pundi-pundi emas. Kami pun tak mengalami kesulitan saat mengoyak si kantung emas. Campuran jamur dan abalone yang dicacah halus ini sungguh istimewa. Dinikmati bersama sayuran bayam yang ada dibawah si pundi dan saus yang rasanya manis gurih-gurih enak. Saya pun dibuat ketagihan menikmatinya!
Hidangan penutup yang disajikan kali itu berupa minuman yang terdiri dari aneka buah beserta dengan Cristal Jelly. Minuman ini disajikan dengan dessert berupa onde-onde. Bentuknya yang mungil membuatnya bisa dinikmati sekali suap. Gigitan pertama, kresss.. kacang kuning yang berada didalamnya memiliki kenikmatan tersendiri saat disantap. Nyam nyam... rasanya yang tidak terlalu manis dengan rasa renyah diluar dan empuk di dalam ini membuat saya langsung jatuh cinta dibuatnya.
Sambil menikmati hidangan kami pun tak henti dihibur oleh penampilan tarian dan nyanyian yang disuguhkan oleh SANDS. Inilah satu lagi keistimewaan dan keunikan resto ini dibandingkan dengan resto lainnya. Bahkan selain restoran, SANDS juga memiliki fasilitas lainnya seperti Spa, Karoke, Ballroom & Dining Theatre, Karaoke Room, Wine & Cigar Lounge.
Belum puas menikmati segala yang ada disini membuat saya bertekad untuk kembali lagi kesini. Diving in Pulau Amed Bali
Bali bagian Timur memiliki apapun yang anda impikan. Disana Anda akan menemukan permata dan surga istimewa dalam keindahan alam yang eksotik yang berpadu dengan budaya yang masih kental terasa serta keramahan orang-orang sekitar. Pantai Amed menawarkan tempat yang bagus untuk latihan diving atau menyelam. Disana ada danau di pinggir pantai yang datar yang baik untuk latihan, serta batu karang yang dapat dicapai dengan berenang selama 5 menit. Tempat ini merupakan usulan terbaik untuk mengenal olahraga menyelam dan menjadikannya sebagai tempat yang sangat menyenangkan untuk belajar menyelam.
Anda dapat melakukan snorkling dan diving di sekitar pantai yang berpasir hitam ini. Jenis- jenis ikan yang sangat bervariasi dapat dikatakan paling menarik dibandingkan tempat-tempat lain di seluruh Bali yang disertai dengan kehangatan air yang tidak berubah-ubah yaitu 28 derajat. Berbagai macam kelompok ikan seperti ikan cardinal, ikan trigger, black snaper, pyramid butterrflies, ikan banner, dan ikan damselfish dapat dilihat di air atas pasir.
Cemuluk sebagai pantai yang dilindungi adalah tempat yang ideal untuk memulai snorkeling Anda. Sekitar empat kilometer menyelusuri selatan danau Banyuning, Anda akan menemukan kepingan-kepingan kecil dan taman coral yang paling indah yang dapat Anda lihat dimanapun di di Lesser Sundas. Tapi harap berhati-hati, karena airnya cukup dalam di daerah ini, dan kadang terjadi gelombang besar sehingga tempat ini diperuntukan untuk orang orang yang berpengalaman.

Hanya 30 menit dari Amlapura.
Dengan Angkutan Umum, : Dari Denpasar , Terminal Batubulan, dengan bus (ukuran sedang) ke Amlapura, memakan waktu 2 jam. Lalu dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan Bemo menuju Amed selama 30 menit. Bemonya akan berhenti di desa, tapi supirnya akan membawa anda ke pantai Cemeluk.

Jika anda ingin melakukan diving, ada baiknya untuk mengecek ulang peralatannya dan cek harga di tempat itu. Pastikan anda memilih operator pelatihan yang tepat sebelum anda memutuskan diving bersama mereka

And that's a reasonable price, since not only is it a fine painting, but the image was put on the canvas using … coffee. Yes, powdered coffee dissolved in acrylic to be used as paint. The various shades of sepia and brown, ranging from pale to dark, were produced by varying the roast of the coffee beans and the proportion of coffee to acrylic in the mixture.
There is probably only one artist who produces coffee paintings, or "coffeeart", in Indonesia – Rudy Sri Handoko. Working with Wirawan Tjahjadi, owner of the Kopi Bali House and the Butterfly Globe Brand brand of coffee, he displays his coffee paintings in the gallery. This three-story gallery, occupying the right side of the coffee shop, was opened in March 2007.
The coffee shop itself has been open for around four years and serves a wide range of coffee drinks, including some from rare varieties. For example, peaberry coffee is made from single-bean berries, whereas most coffee berries contain two coffee beans. They also serve the famous–kopi luwak, or civet coffee, which has been swallowed by and passed through the digestive tract of a civet cat. So rare is it that for a single cup of kopi luwak, said to be the world's finest coffee, you pay Rp 200.000.
The shop also sells coffee soap, perfume, and vinegar and serves both traditional and international dishes. And if you are thinking of opening your own coffee shop, they have instructors and a training room on the second floor. The Kopi Bali Gallery is more than just an ordinary coffee shop; it is a place where true coffee aficionados can enjoy drinking top-quality coffee while appreciating fine coffee paintings – and if you like one, you can buy it.

Barong Bali Dance
The Barong appears in nearly every religious ritual event, whether performed in the odalan (community prayers) at the pura (village temple), ngelawang (ritual purification) during the Sugian Penenten seven days before Galungan, or consecrated as tapakan betara.
In short, the Barong is an inseparable part of Balinese community life.
Undeniably, the barong has a special place in the hearts of the Balinese. It can easily be found in nearly all corners of the island. It may be in the form of masks sold in the art markets, in the form of paintings hung in galleries, or as part of a dance performance, either for sacred purposes or merely as entertainment for tourists.
In his Mengenal Barong dan Rangda (Introducing Barong and Rangda), I Nyoman Yoga Segara S.Ag. explains that etymologically the word barong derives from the Sanskrit b(h)arwang. This is cognate to the Malay word beruang, a mammal native to Asia, America and Europe with a short tail and thick fur – the bear. In Indonesia, bears live in Sumatra and Kalimantan. The word beruang is treated similarly to the names of other animals, such as singa (lion), macan (tiger), babi (pig), and gajah (elephant).
The word b(h)arwang is also close in meaning to the Dutch word beer, which also means "bear". The bear is identified with the manifestation of the barong, a mythological beast that appears in Tantric legends. This is based on the fact that almost no performances that feature a barong employ a creature that resembles an actual bear; indeed, some types of barong performances contain no animal figures at all, yet are still referred to as "barong". This is indicative of how closely entwined the barong is with the lives of the Balinese.
One concrete example of how close the barong is to the hearts of the Balinese is the large number of betara tapakan (sanctified effigies) in the form of barong. These barongs are believed to protect the village and ward off disaster.
The process to create a barong to serve as a batara tapakan is quite complex. It starts with the determination of an auspicious day to cut the wood from which it will be made, and then the tapel (mask making) work until the barong is initiated through a pasupati ritual, which is commonly called ngerehang (bringing the barong spiritually to life).
The species of wood most often used are pule and kepah. These varieties are quite resistant to rotting and termites. If good wood is selected and properly preserved, a barong tapel can last for hundreds of years. When one of these barong tapakan has reached such an age, the Balinese usually refer to it as betara lingsir.
One renowned craftsman who produces tapel barong is Wayan Tangguh, from Banjar Mukti, Singapadu, Gianyar. Several of his works have been consecrated at various pura. When he was 13, Tangguh was already skilled at making masks and barong and rangda figures, and had already penetrated the export market.
Tangguh, an elementary school graduate, has held three exhibitions in Taiwan, in 1974, 1982 and 1994. He regularly relates that he became involved in mask making through an inner impulse, and not through any coercion from his family. His love for masks, both barong and rangda, probably derives from his childhood habits.
"When we were young, every chance we got my friends and I would play wearing coconut shells that we had made into toy barongs. It's probably because I became acquainted with barong and masks so early that I was inspired to take them up as a profession," explains Tangguh, who is married to Ni Ketut Sukri.
However, Tangguh claims that when he was a child he never dreamt of becoming a mask maker; his goal was to become a dalang, a wayang kulit puppet master. Yet he is not disappointed that he never achieved that goal; he feels he was fated to become a mask maker.
His works, born from his talent and expertise and his training under Cokorda Oka Tublen, have enchanted many art lovers; he regularly receives orders for barong masks from as far away as France, Germany and Italy.
I Made Samba tells a different story. Samba is also involved in the world of barong, but as a barong dancer. Samba, born in Banjar Kawan, Jumpai village, Klungkung Regency, is preserving this ancient art from the onslaught of modernization by transmitting it to the younger generation.
Samba explains that what differentiates the sekaa barong (barong performance troupe) Budaya Bahari in Jumpai from other sekaa barong is the unique way they carry their fans and umbrellas. Barong dancers in other villages normally dance holding their fans and umbrellas in their hands; the dancers in Desa Jumpai can carry them using their feet and toes. This unique characteristic makes the sekaa barong of Desa Jumpai famous not only at home but abroad as well.
"I've got students from all over Bali – Buleleng, Karangasem, even Nusa Penida. I'm truly grateful for this, that the barong dance will be preserved forever," Samba, a father of five, says with a sparkle in his eyes.
Samba feels it is unlikely that the art of barong will die out. By tradition, once every fifteen days (on Kajeng Kliwon in the Balinese calendar) the people of Jumpai hold a barong and telek performance – a ritual they believe will bring the village peace and prosperity.
This tradition has kept the art of barong performance alive in Jumpai, and the village has often presented its performance in the annual Bali Arts Festival. Salah satu restoran kesukaan suami dan saya adalah restoran seafood Pondok Sedap Malam. Restoran ini menyajikan berbagai masakan laut yang istimewa, mulai dari kerang-kerangan, udang, ikan, kepiting soka hingga kepiting super. Satu porsi berkisar antara tiga puluh ribu hingga seratus ribu rupiah. Terdapat dua jenis ruangan yang bisa dipilih -- ruangan luar yang sejuk dipayungi tenda dan dipenuhi aroma masakan yang menggoda, serta ruangan dalam yang luas, dilengkapi dengan AC, wastafel dan kamar mandi yang bersih. Harganya relatif murah, satu porsi berkisar antara tiga puluh ribu hingga seratus ribu rupiah.
Apa kelebihan Pondok Sedap Malam dibanding restoran seafood lainnya? Tidak lain adalah masakannya yang dimasak dengan SANGAT PEDAS!!! Meski pun demikian, masakan yang dimasak pedas itu tidak membuat sakit perut. Ipar saya yang tidak begitu kuat menahan pedas pun tak sanggup menolak kenikmatan masakan laut ini, karena rasanya yang begitu membangkitkan selera. Hidangan andalannya adalah kepiting lada hitam, tapi kepiting saus padang dan kerang putih saus tauco juga merupakan pilihan yang sangat bagus. Bisa dibilang, ketiga masakan ini adalah tiga masakan yang harus dipesan, di samping masakan kesukaan pilihanmu. Pokoknya, jangan sebut dirimu penggemar masakan seafood kalau belum kenal restoran Pondok Sedap Malam.
Hingga saya menulis artikel ini, hanya mempunyai dua cabang di Muara Karang dan Pecenongan. Untuk yang lebih prefer makan di Muara Karang, lokasinya terletak di jalan raya Muara Karang, berseberangan dengan Dunkin Donuts. Gampang dicari, bukan? Tetapi saya dan suami lebih prefer makan di cabang yang Pecenongan, karena masakannya lebih pedas dan menggigit. Lokasi restoran yang berada di Pecenongan lebih sulit dicari. Bila kita melewati jalan kecil di samping Dunkin Donuts di Jl. Hayam Wuruk, kita hanya perlu memasuki belokan kanan pertama dan voila, there it is! Tapi karena itu jalan one-way, kita harus memutar melalui jalan di Jl. H. Juanda, belok pada belokan kiri pertama melewati restoran Bali Jimbaran, jalan hingga mentok, lalu belok kanan.

A Sanctuary in the Wilderness
The Sepilok Rehabilitation Centre in Sabah, Malaysia, gives orang-utans a second chance at life before they are returned to their natural habitat.
The young orang-utans swing from lianas, climb onto branches and play on the forest floor. They're so relaxed and full of life in their new home you can almost see a smile on their little faces.
This is where they'll stay for the next few years, within the confines of this protected reserve, until they're old enough to be released back into the wild. But life wasn't always this peaceful.
Some were orphaned when their mother was killed by hunters, others taken as pets and later abandoned when the cute and cuddly apes grew too big. The one thing they all have in common is that they've been given a second chance at life, thanks to the Sepilok Rehabilitation Centre here in Sabah in Malaysian Borneo.
The first, and largest, of only four sanctuaries in the world for orang-utans, there are more than 20 youngsters in the nurseries, as well as older ones living a more independent life further out in the forest, waiting to return to the wild. It's a full-scale operation to keep them fed, provide adequate medical care and teach them the life skills they'll need to survive in the jungle.
I'm standing on a walkway overlooking part of the forest where the younger ones are, quite literally, learning the ropes. Little bundles of red fur with huge brown eyes, they play in the trees, swing from ropes and congregate on a platform at feeding time. The milk and bananas supplement whatever they've managed to forage for themselves on the trees–leaves, twigs, fruit, figs and honey.
At this tender age, if they were in the wild, they'd still be protected by their mother until the age of six. Here, a clever buddy system replaces mum and the young orphaned orang-utan is paired with an older one to learn all about climbing, finding food and building a nest.
It's thought that less than 10,000 of these incredible creatures are left in the world, their numbers diminishing due to hunters and the decimation of the rainforest. Experts warn that most of Southeast Asia's rainforests will be destroyed by 2020, along with much of its unique wildlife. That's why centres like this one are so important.
When feeding time is over, the orang-utans disappear into the deep jungle area and I follow the mangrove trail through the sanctuary. It's a surprisingly noisy place with the constant birdsong and the chirping of chicadas. The boardwalk passes through re-creations of the kind of rainforest which at one time covered this corner of Borneo. Now it's also being used to help rehabilitate other animals brought to the park, from Malay sun bears and wild cats to baby elephants.
Before they're ready to come to Sepilok, very young orang-utans take their first steps towards freedom in the grounds of the nature reserve at the Shangri-la's Rasa Ria resort near Kota Kinabalu. It has helped 18 orphans return to the rainforest since it was set up in 11 years ago, working with some as young as two years old who wouldn't leave their mother's side in the wild for another couple of years.
From Sepilok, I make my way to the coastal town of Sandekan to pick up a boat to head upriver. I'm swapping my hotel room for a night in more authentic accommodation at a homestay.
At Kampung Abai there's the opportunity to live with a local family for a couple of days. The idea is straightforward enough: experience first hand how the family prepares food, eat meals, works and relaxes. The village chief organises individual homestays for a basic price of 40 Ringgits a night. In return, I gain entry to a truly unique world. It's fascinating for someone like me who has grown up in a European city.
I learn from my host Munir the art of eating rice with my fingers, which is even trickier, much to his amusement, because I'm left-handed and food in Muslim villages is always eaten with the right. And from his wife Haim how to sit on the floor without losing the circulation in one leg after five minutes. And, more importantly, the good manners of calling out a greeting before walking inside a traditional longhouse. In a community like this where the front door is always open, it pays to be polite.

Menyelam di Pulau Banda
Pulau Banda merupakan salah satu daerah tujuan wisata yang terkenal di Indonesia untuk para penyelam. Baik penyelam yang ahli maupun yang pemula akan menikmati area menyelam mulai dari area dengan kedalaman yang dangkal antara Banda Neira dan Gunung Api sampai dengan tembok vertikal di Pulau Hatta. Pulau Banda menawarkan pemandangan tropikal yang mempesona, sebuah cerita yang tidak akan terlupakan, penduduk yang ramah, dan beragam karang laut yang asli.
Kegiatan scuba adalah kegiatan baru yang terdapat di pulau ini, namun pionir penyelam tidak memerlukan kerja keras untuk sensasi scuba ini. Kehidupan bawah laut sekitar Ambon dan pulau terdekat Saparua memiliki beberapa tempat menyelam dengan rating tinggi. Selain adanya tembok karang, kehadiran kehidupan laut yang besar: ikan hiu, kura-kura, sekelompok Napoleon Wrasse, ikan dengan kelompok besar, tuna, dan lobster yang besar, menemani berbagai kelompok ikan batu karang.
Pulau Banda, terletak kurang lebih 132 Km sebelah Tenggara Ambon, terdiri dari tiga pulau besar dan tujuh pulau kecil, di ketinggian pinggiran laut terdalam Indonesia, Laut Banda. Dekat dengan Pulau Manuk, kedalaman air mencapai lebih dari 6.500 meter. Dari ketiga pulau terbesar: Pulau Banda, Pulau Banda-Neira, dan Pulau Gunung Api, dua pulau pertama ditutupi dengan pohon pala dan vegetasi lain, sedangkan pulau ketiga, tidak ditumbuhi pepohonan dan bertanah volkanik. Laut sekitar Banda merupakan tempat yang paling terkenal dengan taman laut Malukunya dengan karang yang cerah dan ikan yang berwarna-warni berada dalam air yang jernih seperti kristal dan membuatnya sanagat cocok untuk menyelam, snorkel atau hanya untuk melihat-lihat saja.
Tempat Menyelam Pulau Banda:
Sonegat : Tempat menyelam terdekat untuk seorang penyelam yang baik hanya lima menit dari hotel bila menggunakan perahu. Terletak di Sonegat-sea arm " antara banda Neira dan Gunung Api, hanya lepas pantai dari sebuah rumah tepi pantai yang kecil milik Des Alwi, anak paling terkenal pemilik Banda. Kedalaman airnya curam dan temboknya meluas 25 meter ke ujung pantai. Terdapat sedikit ikan di daerah ini, namun sebuah ukuran yang bagus dari dogtooth tuna terdapat di daerah ini dan beberapa ikan blue girdled dan emperor angelfish yang cantik juga terdapat disini.
Keraka Island : Pulau Keraka atau Pulau Kepiting hanya beberapa menit saja, dan melindungi jalan lintasan pintu utara Pulau Neira-Gunung Api. Sebuah hamparan pasir di pesisir utara sangat cocok untuk piknik. Di sebelah selatan pantai, terdapat beberapa mini-wall setinggi 18 meter yang ditutupi dengan ratusan large blue and yellow tunicates. Beralih ke arah timur pantai, Anda dapat melihat di kedalaman 10 meter, bermacam-macam ikan batu karang dan sekelompok barracuda sepanjang setengah meter.
Sjahrir Island dan Batu Kapal : Pulau Sjahrir atau yang dulu dikenal sebagai Pulau Pisang dan Batu Kapal hanya 20 menit dari hotel di Banda-Neira dengan menggunakan perahu. Dua tempat ini terkombinasi dengan baik untuk kegiatan menyelam pagi hari, seuah piknik di pantai, dan kegiatan menyelam sore hari.
Gunung Api : Pada Bulan May, 1988, ledakan dari gunung ini telah membunuh hampir semua formasi karang lepas pantai yang terdapat di sekitar Gunung Api, tetapi yang menakjubkan menyebarkan beragam bunga karang. Beberapa karang mulai tumbuh kembali, namun bentang alam laut yang besar masih menyisakan kepucatan karena tidak adanya tembok di Gunung Api. Kemiringan dasar laut mencapai 30-35 meter.
Lontar Island : pagar terluar dari Pulau lontar, yang mewakili bagian pinggiran sebuah sunken caldera, menawarkan beberapa tempat menyelam yang baik.
Batu Belanda : Di tempat ini, Anda akan menemukan beragam barrel dan tube sponge, dan gua-gua kecil dan celah. Ikan yang berada di daerha ini sangat bervariasi dan beragam: sekelompok snappers, large emperor, dan blue-girdled angelfish, wrasses, large pinnate bat-fish dan beragam bannerfish.
Ai Island : Bersama dengan Pulau Hatta, pulau ini menawarkan tempat menyelam terbaik di Pulau Banda. Baik di pantai utara dan selatan dan barat dari Pulau Ai, dikelilingi dengan tembok karang yang sempurna, yang tidak datar dan penuh dengan gua-gua, habitat dari harbors fish.
Hatta Island : Pulau Hatta hanya 25 Km dari Pulau Banda-Neira. Skaru atoll dan sebuah karang di bawah permukaan air laut dapat ditemukan beberapa ratus meter dari sebelah selatan Pulau Hatta. Pada sebuah karang yang muncul pada permukaan bumi, Anda dapat melihat parade dari unicornfish, Fusiliersm Jack Fish, dan Rainbow Runners, sering terlihat juga Whitetip Sharks (sepanjang 2 meter) dan Dogtoothed Tuna, napoleon Wrasse, dan Hawksbill Turtles.

Untuk mencapai Ambon, Anda dapat melakukan penerbangan melalui Denpasar via Ujungpandang.
Untuk Mencapai Pulau Banda, Anda dapat melakukan penerbangan dari Ambon dengan pesawat kecil/Merpati Airlines,
atau anda dapat mencoba ini: melakukan penerbangan dari Ujung Pandang ke Ambon, lalu Anda harus menunggu kapal ferry (beroperasi sekali dalam dua minggu), dan tinggal di Pulau Banda selama 17 hari sampai denga kapal ferry kembali.
Tempat Menginap
Terdapat akomodasi yang sedikit dan sangat murah untuk menetap di sekitar Pulau Banda, yang dapat Anda pilih dengan beragam harga dan fasilitas.
Berkeliling
Banyak hari yang dapat dihabiskan untuk mengelilingi pulau subur ini. Rempah-rempah masih tetap tumbuh disini dan penduduk lokal masih membuat makanan tradisional dan makanan ringan menggunakan rempah-rempah yang sangat langka dan dicari. Jalan-jalan untuk melihat benteng peninggalan Belanda, mengunjungi perkebunan pala. Dan trek menuju Gunung Api akan meninggalkan kesan yang tidak akan terlupakan dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan di sekeliling pulau Banda-Neira

Bagi mereka yang membawa anak-anak, mereka dapat berenang di air yang tenang atau menonton hiu, ikan, dan kura-kura.
Tips
Menyelam sangat memungkinkan dilakukan di setiap waktu sepanjang tahun, namun tergantung pada keadaan bulan yang memungkin melarang Anda melakukan aktivitas menyelam pada beberapa tempat selam dari Bulan Juli sampai dengan September.
Menyelam sangatlah nyaman dengan air yang tenang dan memiliki daya pandang baik, namun beberapa tempat selam tergantung pada beberapa kondisi yang membuat tempat-tempat tersebut hanya boleh dipakai penyelam yang berpengalaman.
Jangan lupa melengkapi diri Anda dengan peralatan selam, papan surf, dan snorkel.
Cobalah untuk menyewa peralatan dari perusahaan besar, sehingga lebih terjamin, namun ingat tanggungjawab untuk memeriksa perlatan tetap ada pada Anda.
Bawalah baju renang dan pakaian lebih.

Lontar Island : pagar terluar dari Pulau lontar, yang mewakili bagian pinggiran sebuah sunken caldera, menawarkan beberapa tempat menyelam yang baik.
Batu Belanda : Di tempat ini, Anda akan menemukan beragam barrel dan tube sponge, dan gua-gua kecil dan celah. Ikan yang berada di daerha ini sangat bervariasi dan beragam: sekelompok snappers, large emperor, dan blue-girdled angelfish, wrasses, large pinnate bat-fish dan beragam bannerfish.

Untuk mencapai Ambon, Anda dapat melakukan penerbangan melalui Denpasar via Ujungpandang.
Untuk Mencapai Pulau Banda, Anda dapat melakukan penerbangan dari Ambon dengan pesawat kecil/Merpati Airlines,
atau anda dapat mencoba ini: melakukan penerbangan dari Ujung Pandang ke Ambon, lalu Anda harus menunggu kapal ferry (beroperasi sekali dalam dua minggu), dan tinggal di Pulau Banda selama 17 hari sampai denga kapal ferry kembali.

Pada 1920 – 1933, bar-bar dan restoran-restoran di Amerika Serikat tidak diperbolehkan untuk menjual alkohol. Masa yang disebut dengan masa “prohibition” ini memberikan kesempatan lahirnya bar-bar rahasia yang menjual alkohol. Diatur dan dimiliki oleh para gangster waktu itu, ada anggapan bahwa mereka yang bisa masuk ke bar-bar tersebut bisa berbicara dengan nyaman, tanpa harus khawatir pembicaraannya akan didengar oleh polisi yang sedang menyamar. Anggapan ini disebut ‘speakeasy’.

Speakeasy, the Secret
Pada 1920 – 1933, bar-bar dan restoran-restoran di Amerika Serikat tidak diperbolehkan untuk menjual alkohol. Masa yang disebut dengan masa “prohibition” ini memberikan kesempatan lahirnya bar-bar rahasia yang menjual alkohol. Diatur dan dimiliki oleh para gangster waktu itu, ada anggapan bahwa mereka yang bisa masuk ke bar-bar tersebut bisa berbicara dengan nyaman, tanpa harus khawatir pembicaraannya akan didengar oleh polisi yang sedang menyamar. Anggapan ini disebut ‘speakeasy’.
Speakeasy Cocktails and Tapas dibuat dengan konsep ini. Desainnya banyak didominasi oleh pernah-pernik dari era tersebut, sehingga cenderung terlihat seperti sebuah jazz club. Untuk ke depannya, akan ada password khusus yang harus disebutkan di depan pintu. Ini agar semua yang datang tetap bisa ‘speakeasy’ sambil menikmati cocktail dan tapas mereka.
